I am 83 years old and signed up for Power Yoga and/or Zumba.
Frankly, i have no idea what Power Yoga or Zumba is.
I hope to achieve more elasticity in my rigid body.
Can you suggest which course i should follow?
thanks.
You are able to do both Zumba and Yoga. I will tell you both can be a little much at first, especially if you have not exercised recently. I tell all new students, go into the class and do what “you” can, but do not try to keep up with the class. If you are tired, or feel weak, take a break, catch your breath and do the next move. If you do that, little by little you will get better. I highly suggest the Intro Class for your first time. Be sure to book and appointment on our schedule page at http://www.ugyoga.com/schedule!
Amy, apologize for not getting back to you sooner. The site seems to be up and running correctly now. If you have any further problems email Undergroundyogahb@gmail.com to get a quicker response.
