MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Freeze Policy

I understand that I can suspend my membership if I email UndergroundyogaHb@Gmail.com at least 30 days prior to my next automatic payment. My studio manager will email a confirmation of my freeze request 3 business days after the request has been submitted either through UndergroundyogaHB@Gmail.com email or via Telephone conversation, contact us 714-600-6344.

I understand that I can only freeze my membership for up to three months in a calendar year. This can be either consecutive or non-consecutive months, but limited to three per year. I understand my payment will automatically restart upon the predetermined date, unless I notify Underground Yoga for an earlier reactivation date. Underground Yoga does not pro-rate refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a suspended membership.

Cancellation Policy

I understand my membership will be canceled if I submit an email to UndergroundyogaHB@Gmail.com at least 30 days prior to my next automatic payment. My studio manager will email me a confirmation of my request 3 business days after the cancellation has been submitted via this online web form, or contact us at 714-600-6344.*

I understand that I cannot cancel my membership while it is on hold/suspended. Memberships canceled while frozen will incur one additional monthly payment prior to being canceled. My membership will be active for the entire month after that final payment. Underground Yoga does not pro-rate refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a suspended membership.

Underground Yoga makes exceptions that fall within the following categories; military leave, pregnancy, medical disability, or moving outside of a studio region. If your cancellation request falls within these categories, please provide sufficient documentation by emailing to UndergroundyogaHB@Gmail.com For example: a doctor’s note, copy of your transfer, or deployment orders. *Please note: We ask for a Minimum 3 month auto renewal commitment. You will receive a confirmation email when your membership is successfully canceled.
