Whether you’re sixteen or sixty, an experienced Yogi or can’t touch your toes, Underground Yoga offers multiple class levels designed to accommodate a wide variety of physical abilities and experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Underground Yoga’s classes are designed to enhance your life experience by effectively managing the emotional as well as physical symptoms associated with challenging life experiences.
